My (2nd) favorite beach

Pego beach in southwestern Portugal is my second favorite beach. This means a lot, considering that I am not at all a beach person, and usually prefer to sit under a sunshade in a outdoors cafe than to get covered with sand and sunscreen.

The photo below was taken in mid August. The Arrabida mountains are seen in the back, adding an unexpected frame to the northern horizon.

And which is my most favorite beach, you may ask? Well, that I will keep as a secret. You see, I don't like crowded beaches...
